Six are the Open Bids for the Construction of a Section of the Mezdra – Botevgrad Road
04.02.2019 16:55Six bids were opened of participants in the public procurement procedure for the selection of a contractor for additional design and construction of 13.4 km of road I-1 (E-79) Mezdra – Botevgrad, Lot 2 from km 161+367 to km 174+800. The construction of the Vidin – Botevgrad road will start from one of the most complicated sections as a crossing area. As a result, the construction of 33 km of the road between Mezdra and Botevgrad is divided in two lots – Lot 1 (19.3 km) and Lot 2 (13.4 km). The objective is to complete the section within a short period of time.
The State-Owned Company Avtomagistrali shall Build 134 km of Hemus Motorway
14.01.2019 11:29In late December 2018 between Road Infrastructure Agency and Avtomagistrali EAD was concluded a contract for the construction of 134.14 km of Hemus Motorway concerning the section from Boaza road junction to the crossing with road I-5 Ruse – Veliko Tarnovo. The contract was signed pursuant to art. 14, para. 1, item. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, which is applicable to public contracting authorities, such as RIA. The contract value amounts to BGN 1 124 880 000, VAT excluded, and funding is provided from the State budget. The entire amount is available in a special account kept with the Bulgarian National Bank.
The Contract for the Construction of 17 km of Road I-8 between Dragoman and Slivnitsa has been Signed
28.12.2018 17:04Eng. Svetoslav Glossov, the Chairman of the Management Board of Road Infrastructure Agency, has signed the contract for the design and construction of 16.98 km of road I-8 Kalotina – Sofia Ring Road in the section between Dragoman and Slivnitsa, from km 15+500 to km 32+447,20, including stage connections. The construction is planned to be started next year and to be completed at the end of 2021.
15 000 Visits Registered During the First Hour of www.bgtoll.bg
17.12.2018 17:1646 electronic vignettes were purchased only in the first hour of launching the specialized website www.bgtoll.bg of the National Toll Administration. The е-vignettes were made available for purchase through the website, the mobile application, and the self-service terminals in the commercial network from 14:00 today. Over 15 thousand visits on www.bgtoll.bg were registered in the first hour of its launching and nearly 400 paper stickers were converted into electronic vignettes.
