Construction of Hemus Мotorway New Section from Buhovtsi Road Junction to Belokopitovo Road Junction Has Started

I am convinced that with our joined efforts we will complete this work in high quality and even ahead of the deadline.” Those were the words of Nikolay Nankov, minister of regional development and public works, at the groundbreaking ceremony of the new 16.32 km of Hemus motorway from Belokopitovo road junction to Buhovtsi road junction.
Price Offers for the Design and Construction of Zheleznitsa Tunnel on Struma Motorway have been Opened
05.07.2018 17:50The price offers under the public procurement procedure for the design and construction of Zheleznitsa Tunnel, Lot 3.1 of Struma Motorway, have been opened. The indicative value of the public procurement is BGN 250 million, exclusive of VAT. The project is co-financed by the European Union Cohesion Fund and the national budget through Operational Programme “Transport and Transport Infrastructure” 2014 – 2020.

31.05.2018 18:00In the active summer seasons – from June 1st to September 15th 2018, on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, at the hours with the most intensive traffic, the movement of heavy goods vehicles over 12 tons on motorways and the busiest roads will be restricted. The goal is to increase both road safety and the capacity of the infrastructure, as well to enhance the traveling comfort.
