During the Next Three Years 170 km of Hemus Motorway Will Be Constructed

This is what the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Nikolay Nankov, stated at the start of the construction of a new 9.3 km of the motorway in the section from Yablanitsa to Boaza road junction.

Public procurements for construction of 33 km of road I-1 between Mezdra and Botevgrad were opened and for more than 6 km from Sofia Ring Road – from Tsarigradsko shose road junction to Mladost road junction. The projects will be implemented with funds from the national budget.

It is for all mobile phones that have an Android, IOS, Windows Phone operating system, as well as for all personal computers and laptops with a web browser. Unique Finds Discovered during the Construction of the Struma Motorway are Presented at the National Exhibition Bulgarian Archeology 2017

AM_Struma_arh.JPGUnique archeological finds discovered last year during the construction of the Struma Motorway are part of the exhibits at the national exhibition Bulgarian Archeology 2017. The exhibition shall be opened on 16 February at the National Archaeological Institute with Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. At the exhibition which will last until 1st April, you can see finds which were discovered during the exploration of the prehistoric village near the village of  Damyanitsa which is one of the largest on the Balkan Peninsula (from the second half of the VI century to the beginning of the IV century BC). The construction of Lot 3.3 of Struma Motorway concerns around 49% of it and during the last year a comprehensive exploration was carried out over 90 acres of land.
